Dear Vodacom.pls go read my complaint properly that i posted on the 2nd of March. i onlY get an reply on the 10th.(great survice).but wait there is more.i got a sms from vodacom.(vodacom reminder your payment off R###.## has not been recieved.please make payment to prevent your survice from being suspended.13:20 8032010.but wait more to come.then i get this one.(Dear customer: please be advised that vodacom has recieved your cancellation request. you will be notified as soon as the request has been actioned.kind regards MMASELLO MODIADIE.15:43 09032010)wait theres more.(Dear customer; please be advised that the reason for your cancellation is that too much is because you cancelling the contract before it expires,so we charging you the whole amount that you were supose to pay it on a month to month basis.kind regard MMASELLO MODIADIE 17:38 10032010). AND THE FINAL STRAW WAS WHEN I WANTED TO MAKE AN URGENT CALL LASTNIGHT THE 11TH AROUND 8PM MY LINE WAS SUSPENDED. DEBIT COUDNT BOUNCH MY SALERY WAS IN, AND WHO AUTHORIZED CANCILLATION, I ONLY ENQIERED. DEAR VODACOM IF MY LINE IS NOT UP BY THE 13TH MARCH I WILL GO TO NEWS PAPERS. I WANT WHO EVER IS IN CHARGE TO CONTACT ME TODAY.
